Instructions for libraries

Based on types of bases and scanmarkers, libraries are divided into:

Libraries without additional designations – for working with conventional bases, INTRA scanmarkers (can be used as intraoral) and LAB (laboratory scanmarkers).
Libraries with the designation 6GR are for working with non-adhesive substrates.
Libraries with GEO designation – for working with bases compatible with GEO design bases.
Libraries with CE mark – for use with bases compatible with Sirona design bases.
Libraries with the designation OLD – for working with “old-style” scanmarkers.
Libraries with the designation Premill – for working with premills produced by https://titanium-implant.ro/.

  • three numbers at the end of the library designation – the size of the cement gap in microns.
Examples:

AsT-CE-015 – library for parts designated in the https://titanium-implant.ro/ catalog as compatible with Astra Tech, cement gap 15 microns (micron), for Sirona design bases.
NCC-000 is a library for parts designated in the https://titanium-implant.ro/ catalog as “compatible with Nobel Conical Connections” (000 is a cement gap).
HEX-OLD-030 – a library for parts designated in the Ultrast catalog as “compatible with hexagonal connection”, for working with old-style scanmarkers (030 is a cement gap).
OSS-Premill is a library for working with premills produced by https://titanium-implant.ro/, designated in the https://titanium-implant.ro/ catalog as “compatible with Osstem”.
MUA-Bar – libraries for working with components for multi-units from the multi-unit level.
MUA-Base-0477 – libraries for working with multi-unit bases (477 is the part number in the catalog) An example of decoding the library designation

Libraries for working with 3D analogues (test parts)

have the same compatibility as libraries for working with titanium bases. Additionally, the library designation for 3D analogues has three numbers. These numbers indicate the radial gap (hereinafter referred to as the gap) between the 3D analogue and the model. Also in the folder with libraries for working with 3D analogues there is a set of test parts for determining the gap. Due to the fact that the settings of printers and resins are very different, Ultrastom offers its customers to determine the gap they need on their own using test parts.
This is done like this:
Test parts (14 pieces) are placed in the print area of the 3D printer.
Print parts in quantities of 14 pieces.
Post-process these parts in the same way that you post-process models.
After post-processing, use the 3D analogue to determine the most suitable fit for your 3D analogue*.
The radial gap is written on the side surface of the test part; the library with such a gap must be placed in the right place on the computer disk.

Use part number:
1040, 1045, 1046, 1047, 1049, 1050, 1070, 1071, 1072, 1074
